All our products are priced in Singapore Dollars.You can order our products using our online Shopping Cart or email to Creaworld International Pte Ltd by providing us the product code, quantity, your name and delivery address.
Delivery and Shipping Charges:
Within Singapore: We provide FREE DELIVERY for orders over S$200. For orders between S$101 to S$200, a delivery charge of $13 applies. For orders S$100 and below, a delivery charge of $6 applies. For 6pm-9pm delivery time slot, an additional charge of S$2 appiles. Goods will be delivered to a Singapore within three (3) working days upon receipt of order. There will not be any delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Singapore Public Holidays. However please allow for aldelays during the busy holiday seasons. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us Delivery will be made by Destination Courier Services (Co Regn. No: 526466/00J), a trustworthy logistics company. Outside Singapore: Please contact us at Creaworld International Pte Ltd to make arrangement for payment and delivery. We will process your order and send you a quote for additional freight charges. Freight cost will be added to your quotation based on the delivery address.
Exchange Policy Creaworld International endeavours to offer the highest quality of products and services. We offer exchanges of the products if they are found to be defective upon receipt. Please contact us at for any defective purchases. No request for exchange will be entertained for purchases that are more than 7 days old.
